First, understand that the cadastral update is free and can be performed quickly and using only your cell phone. It is mandatory to be connected to the internet and have an identity document, such as a CNH or RG, in hand.

  1. First, open the Caixa Tem app and log in with your CPF and password;
  2. Access the menu and click on the option “Update your registration”;
  3. Click on “Got it, let’s get started”;
  4. After that, confirm your location data;
  5. The app will show the registered address for you to check if it is the same current location;
  6. If everything is correct, click on “Yes, it is correct”;
  7. If you have moved or noticed an error in the address, click on “My address has changed” and fill in correctly;
  8. Then, enter the country where you were born and tap “Next”;
  9. Then, click on “Got it, let’s go”;
  10. Answer all questions about income and wealth;
  11. Inform your sources of income, the amount received and how long you have been receiving it;
  12. Inform your profession and assets and click on “Next” to continue;
  13. Carefully check the information provided and tap “Confirm”;
  14. Finally, use your identification document to continue the process, following all the instructions.
